The first thing we do before taking on a new client is what’s called a “Discovery Meeting.”
We’ll schedule a brief 20-30 minute call to discuss the biggest challenges you’re currently facing in the business

We’ll then formulate a strategic plan, and determine if we feel it makes sense to work together.
If we both agree that it does, and you decide you’d like to move forward, then we’ll send you a clearly outlined proposal within 24 hours of our call. From here, you’ll pay a one-time setup fee to have us start building out your system. In that proposal, you’ll have a link to make your initial payment and a link to book an onboarding call.
2. Onboarding Call
After payment has been received.
We’ll also capture contact details for specific people in your business that we’ll need to work with on things like call reviews, progress reports, billing, etc…
The onboarding call typically runs about 25 minutes, and is literally the only significant time investment you’ll need to make to start leveraging our system. It doesn’t get any easier than this.
